PURCHASE OPTIONS & CANCELLATION POLICY

Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription or pre-order. This policy explains how you can change or cancel these types of purchases.

All Sales Are Final

Consistent with our Return & Refund Policy, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for any reason other than receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. This applies to all purchase types, including subscriptions and pre-orders.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the subscription duration and frequency you select. Your payment details are stored securely, and you are charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance. Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. Use the links in your order confirmation emails to manage your subscription.

Canceling or Changing Subscriptions: You may cancel your subscription at any time to stop future deliveries, or modify the frequency and duration for upcoming orders. However, cancellations and changes apply to future deliveries only. Orders that have already begun processing cannot be canceled or modified. No refunds will be issued for previously shipped subscription orders, as all sales are final. The only exception is for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, which must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Pre-Orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method securely, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment when the product becomes available and ships.

Canceling Pre-Orders: If your pre-order has not yet been charged or fulfilled, you may cancel and no charges will apply. If you paid a partial deposit and the order has not yet been fulfilled, you may cancel and your deposit will be refunded. Once a pre-order has been fulfilled and shipped, it cannot be canceled and is subject to our Return & Refund Policy—no refunds or returns are accepted except for damaged, defective, or incorrect items reported within 48 hours of delivery.

All sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges except for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. Orders cannot be modified once processing has begun.
